It is my passion to bring the invaluable knowledge and skill I have gained over the years to others who wish to learn and thrive.

Hi there! Thank you for stopping by,
I'm Ms. Natalie.
I am a mother of a 9 and 12 year old, and have been dedicated to my children's education for the last 7 years through homeschooling. Over the course of that time I have fallen in love with The Logic of English (LOE) full language arts curriculum and I have completed the Master Teacher Training Certification. I have 10+ years of college education including ECE (early childhood education) units. I have experience teaching children in classroom and at-home settings, virtual and in-person. I am so excited to share the knowledge that LOE has to offer, because it has changed my family's life. Through teaching it to my kids, I have watched them grow into confident, strong readers (who LOVE to read). The Logic of English curriculum is for everyone, at any stage in their educational journey. It is my hope to help struggling or beginning readers, learn the skills necessary to not only thrive as readers, but have fun while doing it.
Being an artist is also a huge part of who I am. I have a degree in graphic design and illustration, as well as 20+ years on and off as an independent artist, and one published children's book as the illustrator. I offer art classes as well as language arts tutoring, Learn more about art enrichment here!
During my years in college I took 5 semesters of American Sing Language. It is a great language to teach kids especially those who are hands-on, visual learners. After learning more about the deaf community I realized how vital it is for everyone to know basic sign language, to help bridge the very wide gap between hearing and deaf people. Teaching kids basic signs is a great way to do that. It is also a fun language to learn and relatively easy to pick up!
Thank you for reading and taking the time to get to know me a little better. Let me know any questions you have about getting your child signed up and ready to learn!

Kindly,
Natalie
